Tasting notes: an intriguing wine, featuring all the classic characteristics of the Barbera and Nebbiolo varieties. Bright ruby red with a fragrant, vinous bouquet showing plums, strawberries and cherries. Dry on the palate, slightly tannic with spicy overtones 

Pairing: Best served with pasta dishes and simple main courses Nice as an aperitif
