Vinification: on the skins with alcoholic fermentation in steel and malolactic in wood 

Maturing and ageing: 4 months in large casks
Release to market: 12 months following the vintage 

Cellar Life: 5 years in ideai conditions 

Tasting notes: a ready-drinking wine; bright ruby-red with a nose of fresh red-berried fruit - mainly raspberries and wild strawberries; full-bodied, warm and round with good balance between acids and tannins 

: Best served with delicate red meat dishes and cheeses
