Vinification: off the skins with alcoholic fermentation, malolactic and batonage in small wooden barrels, then left sur lies Maturing and ageing: 6 months in small barrels and 1 year in the bottle Release to market: second year following the vintage 

Cellar life: 8 years in ideai conditions 

Tasting notes: deep straw yellow with golden nuances; fresh, full, round nose showing breadcrusts and yeast, banana and melted butter overtones. Good acidity, tannic balance and extracts, hinting at toasted wood and sweet vanilla 

Pairing: Best served throughout a meal with every kind of fish and light meat
