Tasting notes: garnet red with orange nuances; intense and persistent on the nose, showing fruity and flowery notes or tertiary aromas like tar and spices depending on its degree of evolution; bold, dry taste, full-bodied with just the right tannins. lntensity and length make Barolo a powerful, elegant wine with great personality.

Pairing: Best served with roast red meats, game, hard and mature cheeses
