Vinification: 2 days of alcoholic maceration with grape skins and alcoholic fermentation in steel 

Maturing: in steel for 3 months on noble wine must 

Release to market: 6 months following the vintage 

Cellar life: 2-3 years in ideai conditions

Tasting notes: an important wine with strong character, delicately tannic, fresh taste with red berry fresh fruit aroma - mainly raspberries and wild strawberries 

Pairing: Best served with raw fish and shellfish hors-d'oeuvres, delicate first or main dishes
