Vinification: on the skins with alcoholic fermentation in steel and malolactic in wood 

Maturing and ageing: 2 years in large casks, followed by 18 months in the bottle 

Release to market: fourth year after the harvest 

Cellar Life: 10-15 years in ideai conditions

Tasting notes: garnet red with orange nuances; intense and persistent on the nose, showing fruity and flowery notes or tertiary aromas like tar and spices depending on its degree of evolution; bold, dry taste, full-bodied with just the right tannins. lntensity and length make Barolo a powerful, elegant wine with great personality.

Pairing: Best served with roast red meats, game, hard and mature cheeses
