Vinification: on the skins with alcoholic and malolactic fermentations both in steel 

Maturing: in steel for 4 months and then in the bottle 

Release to market: 12 months following the vintage 

Cellar Life: 5 years in ideai conditions 

Tasting notes: very bright ruby red with purple and scarlet highlights; fragrant, vinous nose when young, hinting at plums and cherry and blackberry jam; full-bodied flavour with a lively acidity showing through, making for a fresh, appealing, modern-style wine 

Pairing: Best served with pasta dishes, boiled meats and fresh cheeses
